Tomasz Tomaszewski is a freelance photographer, born in Warsaw, in 1953. He started his photographic career with Polish magazines and worked with “Solidarity Weekly” as well as the underground press.
In 1992, Tomaszewski’s work received honorable mention in the magazine news category of the “Washington Journalism Review” awards.
His pictures have appeared in international publications.
He tries to portray the realism of people in his pictures. He travels a lot and meetings with people are the inspiration for his photos.
